  Description : The chalet, stone of Guisane and larch is constituted of 3 levels for a habitable surface of 430m2 on a large park sported by 6000 m2 entirely closes with portal operated by remote control. Constructed by HENRY COLBOC, grand prix of Rome, it is a large homely and warm residence or it makes good food.

Ground floor :
Vast entrance with hall, hallway, heating room.
- 2 independant bedrooms with points of water, situated to the left of the entrance.

2 vehicles to the right of entrance.

1st floor :
Access by half-circular stair. Over the two rooms above the ground-floor, are
a big office with Internet Wifi access with balcony and connect Wifi, a bed-room, a shower room and lingerie.
The rest of floor (about 130m2) is dedicated to place of life : the fireplace configures the disribution of lounge, the dining room adjoining the kitchen and scullery.

This lifespace opens up on a big terrace about 100m2.

Second floor :
Access by decorated spiral staircase and wall fresco giving onto mezzanine in original railing.
4 rooms among whom one master room.

Attic :
Attic are fitted out in arrangements and can be used for other purposes.
